Returns & Exchanges

At Dream Drive, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
